High Precision CNC Milling and Turning for Miniature and Micro Components

Shop Facilities
Our main machine shop floor is over 11,000 square feet, efficiently used to operate a large variety of precision machining processes. Much of the shop floor is dedicated to our workhorse Swiss Screw Machines comprised of Cititizen B-12, K-16, C-16, L-20 multi-axis CNC-Sliding Head Lathes.
In addition to this we operate vertical and horizontal mills, chuckers and miniature lathes plus dozens of other support machines for cutting, grinding, milling, sanding, inspection and sharpening.

Precision CNC Machining Capabilities
Precision component machining is our specialty. We can drill holes down to 0.004"/0.1mm diameter and turn diameters down to 0.010"/0.25mm and below.
In-House Tooling Capabilities
At MiniMachine, our in-house tooling capabilities allow us to provide just-in-time solutions. Even the most difficult end working and form tools can be produced internally on our state-of-the-art tool production equipment.
